PryceHunt for Chrome and Edge
Compare prices across Indian stores, right on the page
PryceHunt takes you from the product you are looking at to the same product at other stores in one click, shows how its price has moved, and whether that big discount is real. No account, no ads, no tracking: your pincode, settings and watch-list stay in your browser.
Check other stores in one click
A small box under the price lists the other stores. Press a store's button and its page opens, searching for the same product. On the quick-delivery grocery apps, PryceHunt learns from people who share prices which page is exactly the same product, and then opens that page directly. That list starts small and grows as more people use PryceHunt.
- Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Croma and the grocery apps Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket and Swiggy Instamart
- Grocery searches keep the brand and pack size, and unit prices show per 100 g, per 100 ml or per piece
- You choose which stores to show, and in what order

A Compare button on every product
On search, category and home pages, and on the similar items of a product page, every product gets a small “Compare prices” button. Nothing is fetched until you press one.
- Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio and Croma
- Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket and Swiggy Instamart
- Pause it for 30 minutes to 23 hours, on one site or on all sites

Price history and honest sale facts
PryceHunt remembers the prices you have seen and charts them. It shows the lowest price seen, checks a “70% off” claim against what the product has usually cost, and during big sales such as Diwali tells you what the product cost before the sale began.
- No verdict and no pressure: it states the facts and you decide
- Sale dates are the usual timing, because shops announce theirs late; you can choose the seasons to follow and add your own
- Shared history, built from prices that PryceHunt users share anonymously (on by default; you can switch it off)

Your choices, in clear settings
Everything else that contacts anything is off until you switch it on, and each setting says what is sent. Anonymous price sharing is the one exception: it is on by default, and you can switch it off. Choose your stores and their order, where the box appears, and how it behaves.
- No account to make
- Price sharing, price alerts, sale dates and your area are separate switches
- Erase everything with one button

Pause, watch and get alerts
The toolbar menu pauses PryceHunt for a while, keeps your watch-list and lets you set your pincode. Set an alert price or range for a product, choose when to watch it during a sale season, and get a notification when it drops.
- Alerts are checked while your browser is open. Some stores, such as Amazon.in, do not allow automatic checks, so those prices update when you open the product

Share a product with family and friends
Pressing Share makes a picture and a short message about the product, ready for WhatsApp, or you can copy or save the picture. It contains the product and its price only, nothing about you.

Private by design
PryceHunt has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and we never sell data. Your settings, pincode, watch-list and price history stay in your browser. Anonymous price sharing is on by default: it sends the store, product code, price and day of the products you view on the supported stores, never who you are or your pincode, and you can switch it off in Settings. Other features that send anything to us or to other services are off until you switch them on, and the settings say exactly what is sent.
Good to know
- Products are found by name, so a store's results can be wrong. Always check the details on the store's page before you buy, and flag a wrong match.
- Every link PryceHunt opens is a plain link today. If we ever add affiliate links that earn us a commission at no cost to you, they would be added only when you click, only for stores whose rules allow it, and we would say so next to the button.
- PryceHunt is independent and is not affiliated with any store.
Works on
Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Croma, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket and Swiggy Instamart. More Indian stores are added over time.
Free during launch
PryceHunt is free while it is being launched. If a paid plan with higher limits is introduced later, we will say so well before anything changes.
Questions
Is PryceHunt free?
Yes, while it is being launched. If a paid plan with higher limits comes later, we will tell you well before anything changes.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome and Edge on a computer. Other browsers may come later.
Do I need an account?
No. You never sign in, and your settings stay in your browser.
How accurate are the matches?
PryceHunt finds products by name, so a store's results can be wrong: a different size, colour or model can look similar. Always check the details on the store's page before you buy, and use the flag to report a wrong match.
Does PryceHunt see what I browse?
On the shopping sites it works on, it reads the product name and price on the page you are viewing, on your computer. With anonymous price sharing, which is on by default and can be switched off in Settings, it sends the store, product code, price and day of the products you view, never who you are, your pincode or the page address. Other features that send anything are off until you switch them on.
Can I switch off price sharing?
Yes. Open PryceHunt's settings, go to Privacy and data, and untick “Share anonymous prices”. The welcome screen shown at install explains what it sends.
Why can't alerts arrive while my browser is closed?
The price checks run in your browser, so they need it open. When it is, and you allowed notifications, PryceHunt shows a notification if the price drops.
Does PryceHunt earn money from my purchases?
Not at the moment: every link PryceHunt opens is a plain link. If we ever add affiliate links, they would be added only when you click, only for stores whose rules allow it, and PryceHunt would say so next to the button.
